Step 1: Ingredients
High vacuum fully automatic stirring material for 10 hours can disperse the materials needed for lithium battery and improve the consistency and comprehensive performance of the battery.Why would you do that?Because the ingredient is the core area of lithium battery production, the ingredient is not good to directly affect the performance of lithium battery.
Step 2: Coating
Automatic feeding system, automatic knife adjustment system and on-line thickness measurement system are adopted to evenly coat the anode and cathode pieces.Why would you do that?Because coating is the basis of lithium battery production, coating determines the consistency of the battery.
Step 3: Roll on
After the anode and cathode plates are coated, the positive and negative materials are relatively sparse, so a certain pressure should be applied to the plates to press the positive and negative materials into a certain range.
Step 4: Divide
Depending on the type of battery, the anode and cathode should be cut into the desired width.For example, the 18650 lithium battery has a pole width within 56-58mm.
Step 5: Film and reel
The anode and cathode ears are welded to the anode and cathode plates by an automatic film-making machine.And the use of automatic winding machine, the positive and negative plate and diaphragm together into a cylindrical shape.
Step 6: Point bottom roller and vacuum drying
The coil core is put into the steel shell, and the negative lug is automatically welded, and the groove is automatically rolled.In addition, after high vacuum high temperature baking, drying a small amount of water, so that the performance of the lithium battery can be guaranteed.
Step 7: Chemical constituents
Lithium-ion batteries need to be charged and discharged before shipment, and the batteries are in point state before delivery.
Step 8: Assemble the lithium battery
Fully automatic welding machine, will be a combination of multiple battery connector welding together, and then installed on the circuit board, in the aging test, inspection shipment.
